- Shipping & Delivery
- All orders are shipped via the requested shipping method. Most stock items ship within 72 business hours of receipt. All orders are confirmed automatically to the email address provided. If you do not receive a confirmation email, and your payment method was accepted, please check your spam/junk folder. Once a package leaves our warehouse, it is the responsibility of the customer. Orders shipped via 2nd or 3-day air carry complete tracking. Orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail or International Mail carry loss insurance, but claims may take up to 30 days to process.

- We do not store credit card information on our servers. We keep all customer information confidential. We do not sell our mailing list to anyone.
- Returns & Replacements
- All returns require pre-authorizations. We take returns on product that is defective. No returns are accepted for failure to meet a deadline as a result of time in transit.
